Father's Day: Cuban Sandwiches

So I knowit's still May, but I always like to be ahead of my self! So I have come up with the perfect meal for Dad on his special day!

Cuban Sandwiches
Grocery List:
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1⁄4 tsp each salt and pepper
Four 1⁄4-in.-thick pork cutlets (about 12 oz)
1 medium onion, sliced
Garlic-flavor nonstick seasoning spray
8 thin slices Swiss cheese
8 thin slices Virginia ham
4 Portuguese or kaiser rolls, split
1⁄2 cup sliced dill pickles

How to make it:
1. Heat barbecue grill (see Tip). Mix the cumin, oregano, salt and pepper; sprinkle over both sides of pork cutlets.

2. Coat cutlets and onions with seasoning spray. Grill 3 minutes, turning cutlets and onion slices over once, until cutlets are cooked through and onions are slightly charred and crisp-tender.

3. Fill each roll with 2 slices each cheese and ham, 1 cutlet and 1⁄4 of the onions and pickles. Return to grill for 1 or 2 minutes to melt cheese, if desired.
